MY APPROACH
A transactional attorney must go beyond simply providing legal advice that meets their clients’ present goals but must also provide business-oriented and practical advice to ensure the client is prepared for the future. I approach every client’s needs with an eye toward the end goal by ensuring I have a complete understanding of their overall business objectives and a plan to help them reach those objectives in an ever-changing marketplace.
