LEGAL ASSISTANT
Brady assists clients with a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters, including entity formations, obtaining tax identification numbers and submitting SEC and state regulatory filings. In addition to client-facing work, he supports CLG’s attorneys and staff with legal research and administrative matters, including client onboarding, invoicing and general research. Brady also plays an integral role in CLG’s technological initiatives, such as transitioning the firm to new practice management software, managing workflows and developing automated document capabilities. Brady’s role within the firm has grown quickly due to his attention to detail and ability to handle complex matters across a variety of fields.
Brady was raised in Atlanta and is a graduate of Georgia State University. He intends to attend law school in the near future. In his free time, Brady enjoys exploring Atlanta and participating in outdoor activities with friends, such as walking the BeltLine and attending local festivals.
