DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Emily assists investment managers with a broad range of administrative, regulatory and compliance matters, including entity formations, investment adviser registrations and SEC filings. She walks clients through each filing requirement in easy-to-understand steps, making even the most complex filings appear seamless and straightforward.

Emily also serves as CLG’s office manager, as well as takes an active role in developing the firm’s marketing initiatives and overall vision. She leverages her passion for marketing and design to assist with the firm’s website, special events, sponsorships and other endeavors.

Emily lives in Marietta with her husband and 2 girls. During her free time, Emily enjoys painting, running and spending quality time with her family.

MY APPROACH

I believe in the importance of communication and trust. Making sure our clients understand the deliverables we collaborate on and feel comfortable with each step is crucial to success, and I truly enjoy getting to know each client on a more personal level. Everyone has a unique story and goals, which is why I like to approach each client as an individual person rather than as just another project.
