I believe the best transactional attorneys—and professionals in general—are able to communicate complex concepts in simple terms and get to the bottom line quickly. In my work, I draw on my experience as an entrepreneur to provide my clients with clear, business-oriented solutions, with a focus on putting my clients in the best position to build and scale their companies.

CLG stands out in terms of responsiveness, access to senior partners and knowledge of digital assets. Kevin’s ability to quickly respond to our questions with concise and practical recommendations have made him a key partner to our firm.
