Kevin focuses his practice on providing legal counsel to alternative investment fund managers. Since founding the firm in 2011, Kevin has advised his clients on the structure, launch and operation of several hundred investment funds, including domestic and offshore hedge funds, venture capital funds, commodity pools and private equity funds. In recent years, he has also become widely recognized as one of the leading digital asset and cryptocurrency fund lawyers in the country.
Kevin has broad experience helping issuers and sponsors structure Regulation D, Regulation A and Regulation CF offerings in compliance with federal and state securities laws, including the Securities Act, the Securities Exchange Act, the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act. He also regularly advises clients regarding related adviser regulatory and registration requirements, as well as management company operational matters.
Kevin lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children. When not chasing his kids, he enjoys running marathons, seeing live music and attending Atlanta Hawks games.
