Wes has practiced as an attorney in the alternative investment fund space since 2018. He primarily advises U.S. and non-U.S. fund managers and commodity pool operators in the areas of fund formation and compliance. Wes also has significant experience in other investment-related matters such as investment adviser registration, CPO/CTA registration, and managed account platforms.
In addition to working with traditional private investment fund managers, Wes specializes in counselling digital asset fund managers and investment advisers. He has helped launch numerous digital asset funds and guided many digital asset fund managers through the complex issues that arise in both the U.S. and non-U.S. regulatory environments.
Wes lives in Roswell with his wife [and son]. He enjoys supporting mediocre sports teams and the occasional round of golf.
